Villa Palazzetta is set in a panoramic residential area right on the border between the lakeside towns of Domaso and Gravedona on the north-western shore of Lake Como and is about 100meters from the lake (in a straight line.... to walk to the lake side is a bit longer way... about 400meters - about 1kilometer to public beaches of Domaso - over 1kilometer of pebble stone beach)
A lovely panoramic promenade along a limited-trafic road will take you ( five minute walk ) to the center of Domaso with restaurants, trattoria, bars, groceries, ecc. ecc
Enormous French windows flood the ground floor dining area and livingroom, furnished in comfortable country style and the modern fitted kitchen at the rear of this room. A French window leads out from the livingroom to the covered patio with built in BBQ and wood-driven oven (just perfect for real italian pizza!) for shady lunches in the heat of the day or candle-lit dinners
A comfortable double bedroom with iron bedstead and adjacent shower room complete the ground floor. At first floor level you will find a very big family bedroom with a double bed and two single bed in annexed children's room.
Two windows give it lots of light and an incredible view of the lake..
The pool (12x5.5 meters) is set into a lawned garden 5 steps below ground floor but no more than 3 meters away from the livingroom. From here you can enjoy wonderful views down lake with Bellagio and the green mountains behind clearly visible. .
The owner of Palazzetta speaks fluent English and enjoys assisting his guests with any information required and also to guide them in hikes through the beatiful mountains that surround the area
